The Race
There are few events as exciting as the Indy 500. Every year, the song “Back Home Again in Indiana” is performed as thousands of red, white, and blue balloons are released into the air. After the firing of the engines, the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing” begins as 33 drivers fly around the track at top speeds. The winner of the race is awarded a cold bottle of milk and the famous Borg-Warner Trophy.
